Dubai Ballooning – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Dubai Ballooning, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring peace of mind while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards.

Guest Cancellations More than 48 hours before flight: Full refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability).
Between 24 to 48 hours before flight: 50% cancellation fee applies.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund will be provided, and the booking will be considered used.
Late arrival: Guests arriving after the scheduled pick-up time will be marked as no-show.
All cancellation requests must be sent by email or WhatsApp to our customer service team with booking details.

Company Cancellations (Weather or Safety) Your safety is always our top priority.
If the flight is cancelled by Dubai Ballooning due to weather conditions, technical issues, or aviation authority restrictions, guests will have the option to reschedule to another date or receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only.
We will notify guests as soon as possible in case of weather-related cancellations.

Booking Modifications Changes to booking dates or passenger names can be made up to 48 hours before flight time, subject to seat availability.
Last-minute modifications are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Refund Timelines Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Online payment fees or third-party processing charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Circumstances Refunds will not be provided if cancellation or no-show occurs due to:
Oversleeping or failure to be ready for pick-up.
Medical conditions or travel delays not reported within the cancellation period.
Guests who do not meet our age or health restrictions (e.g., pregnant women, guests over 80 years old, or under 5 years of age).
